Rent stays in your account
Tenants transfer rent to your bank, the same way they do today. Opernt does not receive, hold, or send money.
We read the payments
A licensed European service shows us the transactions on the account you choose. You approve that in your own bank app. We never see your password.
View only, on purpose
The connection can look at transactions. It cannot make a payment or change anything in the account. Turn it off anytime in Settings.
Connecting a bank is optional — you can record payments yourself.
