As your landlord, [LANDLORD'S NAME OR COMPANY NAME], [CONTACT DETAILS], processes your personal data.
What data I process:
- your name and contact details;
- [personal code];
- lease details;
- charges, payments, deposit and documents;
- information about your rent payments from my bank account.
Why: to enter into and carry out the lease, keep track of payments, send invoices and reminders, and meet tax and other legal requirements.
Legal basis: performance of the lease, legal obligation, and my legitimate interest in managing the tenancy.
Who else processes the data: I use the Opernt platform (SIA "Qhosting", opernt.com) to manage the rental. It processes the data on my behalf, and the data is stored in the European Union. You may get access to the Opernt tenant portal, where you can see your charges and payments.
How long: I keep the data for the duration of the lease and afterwards for as long as needed to settle obligations, resolve disputes and meet legal retention periods.
Your rights: you have the right to access your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted or for processing to be restricted, and object to processing. Write to me at [EMAIL]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
